Zenteno is a Chicano artist, from Tijuana, living in Los Angeles. In the Southern California region he has presented his pictorial work and video-art. In their work performance are highlighted 1197 “Map & Shrine” Ex Teresa Arte Actual, Mexico City (in the International Festival of Performance); “Household Revisited”, 2006, Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; “Life as Dynamo”, Tangent, Montreal, Canada, and numerous performances in Los Angeles, California, such as “House of the Subgod”, “Contact Redux”, “Order/disorder”, among others. The works of Sergio Zenteno can be found in the permanent collections of museums including the Blanton Museum of Art (Texas)
