A substantial, mid-century semi-abstract oil comprising adjacent and superimposed organic forms in jade, teal and rust contrasted against and illuminated by the golden glow of a late sunset.  Dora Masters exhibited widely and with success throughout the 1950s and '60s, including at the San Francisco Art Association. We are pleased to offer a large and lyrical Modernist work by this notable California woman artist.
