A substantial, mid-century abstract oil comprising adjacent and superimposed organic forms in navy, gold and terra-cotta contrasted against a teal and powder blue background, accented by a sunset-like band of gold along the upper edge.  Dora Masters exhibited widely and with success throughout the 1950s and '60s, including at the San Francisco Art Association. We are pleased to offer a large and exuberant Modernist work by this notable California woman artist.
